Our founder arrived in Bangalore with no connections and no inherited business. He built one home well, then the next, and let the work introduce him. Two generations later that is still the method: over 250 homes across the city, almost all of them won by reputation rather than advertising.

Our founder spent his working life on site, checking what went into the ground before anything went above it. He passed away having handed over more than 250 homes. His son Mahesh now leads the firm, and nothing about the standard changed with the handover.

The cement, steel and wood quoted are the ones that reach your site. We do not downgrade a material after signing.

Long-standing relationships with manufacturers rather than middlemen, so grade is verifiable and the saving goes into the build.
ON SITE, IN PERSON
The person whose name is on the company is on the site. Foundation, slab and waterproofing are checked before they are covered.

A handover date is a commitment, not an estimate. If something moves you hear it from us before you have to ask.
