What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name and phone number — the two we need in order to call you back
• Optionally your email, the area of your plot, the stage you are at, a rough budget, and anything you write in the message box
• Which page you sent the enquiry from, and the site that referred you

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial account details, card numbers, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identifier through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry: to call you back, to arrange a visit to your plot, and to prepare an estimate. That is the only purpose.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet belonging to Geetha Constructions, and may be emailed to us so we see them quickly. Google processes this data as our service provider. Nobody else receives it.

We do not sell your details, share them with other builders, agents or suppliers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser may store small preferences locally — for example, that you dismissed a prompt — and that information stays on your own device and is never sent to us.

If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to three years afterwards so we can look up a past quotation. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to us at the address above, or call the number above, and we will act on it.
